Review Advanced Tracking Search Results

 

1. If needed, adjust the columns
   Click on the columns icon to select / deselect the columns you want to see in the search results.
2. If needed, download the search results
   You can download all search results as an Excel sheet, you can send yourself an email containing the search results an Excel sheet, or you can display the results as a pdf on screen.
3. Check results marked in yellow
   Search results where some deviation to the original plan (for example a change to the ETA, or an additional quality control)was recorded are shown in yellow. Hover over the i indicator to find out what kind of deviation was detected.
4. Check the tracking details of a shipment
   Double click a result to Check Advanced Tracking Details.
